A juicer is a pastry made from shortbread text with a curd filling. They are well known to us from school days, as they were constantly sold in the buffet. The spices are delicious, and they cook quickly.

- For the test:
- 2 eggs;
- 180 grams of sugar;
- salt;
- 200 gr sour cream;
- 150 grams of soft butter;
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 700 gr flour;
- For filling:
- 400 gr of cottage cheese;
- 1 egg and 1 white (the yolk is useful for lubrication);
- 1 tablespoon flour;
- 50 gr sour cream;
- 120 grams of sugar;
- a bag of vanilla sugar;
- 100 g of milk.
Instructions
Step 1
Start with a test. To do this, take eggs, sugar, two pinches of salt and sour cream, pour into a bowl and beat with a mixer. Add soft butter and beat again.
Step 2
In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder and add to the beaten mass. Knead the dough.
Leave the finished dough aside.
Step 3
Make a curd filling. Mix all the listed ingredients for the filling well into a monotonous curd mass, except for the yolk and milk.
Step 4
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm and make a circle with a diameter of about 12 cm.
Put one tablespoon of curd filling on the finished circle.
Fold in half, no pinching at the edges, just press down on the sides a little.
Step 5
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Spread the juices on a baking sheet.
Step 6
Stir the yolk with milk and beat. Lubricate the juices with the resulting mixture.
Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown.
