Sochnik is a primordially Russian delicacy. Most people, when they hear the word "Sopochnik", they automatically remember the cottage cheese pie, which is sold in almost all stores. But homemade juice is something else and there are many ways to prepare it. For example, you can make a bunch of healthy oatmeal.
It is necessary
- - 100 g flour;
- - 80 g of prunes;
- - 300 g of kefir;
- - one egg;
- - 80 g of walnuts;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil;
- - 100 g of oatmeal;
- - 40 g of milk
- - honey.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil 100 grams of oatmeal in a little milk.
Step 2
For the filling, finely chop the prunes soaked in warm water. Transfer the prunes to a bowl, add chopped walnuts, generously pour linden honey (any honey can be used to taste). Mix the resulting mass thoroughly and salt a little.
Step 3
Combine the boiled oatmeal with the prepared filling, stir and leave to infuse.
Step 4
Pour kefir into a separate bowl, beat in an egg, mix, gradually adding flour. In a heated skillet, greased with oil, prepare pancakes from the resulting mixture.
Step 5
Put the pancakes on a plate, add prepared filling on each plate and gently fold. Sprinkle with icing sugar on top.
