It is necessary

    • Hamburger:
    • 400 g ground beef;
    • 5 medium onions;
    • 5 eggs;
    • butter and vegetable oils for frying;
    • parsley and dill;
    • salt;
    • ground black pepper.
    • Fillet steak:
    • 400 g of beef;
    • 4 eggs;
    • butter and vegetable oils for frying;
    • parsley and dill;
    • salt;
    • freshly ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Chopped steak is especially popular. Juicy cutlets topped with mini-fried eggs are very popular with children, and adults will not remain indifferent to this dish. Prepare the ground beef by turning the meat through a meat grinder or finely chopping it with a cleaver. You can also use ready-made minced meat bought in a store.

Step 2

Chop two onions finely. Place the onion in a bowl of minced meat, add the egg, salt and ground black pepper. Stir the minced meat thoroughly and knead it with your hands. Finely chop the parsley and dill, place in a bowl of minced meat and stir again until smooth.

Step 3

Divide the minced meat into four equal portions and form round, slightly flattened steaks. Heat the butter in a skillet and fry each patty on both sides until golden brown. Put the finished steaks in a separate container and put away in a warm place.

Step 4

Chop three onions into thin rings and place them in a skillet with heated vegetable oil. Fry the onions until golden brown, taking care not to burn them. Prepare the fried eggs by releasing the eggs into special round metal molds without a bottom. If there are no such forms, fry with ordinary fried eggs. Cut it into four pieces so that each piece contains a yolk.

Step 5

Place the steaks on a serving platter. Place a layer of fried onions on top of each, and a slice of scrambled eggs on top. Sprinkle finely chopped green onions over the dish. Serve with fresh vegetable salad and fried potatoes.

Step 6

If you don't like minced meat, use a tenderloin steak. Cut the beef fillet into portions 2-3 centimeters thick. Slice the meat across the grain to keep it juicy. Beat the steaks lightly with a wooden mallet, season with salt and sprinkle with ground black pepper.

Step 7

Heat the oil and butter mixture in a skillet. Arrange the steaks and fry on both sides until golden brown. Place the pan with steaks in the preheated oven and bring them to readiness - this will take no more than 5 minutes.

Step 8

Fry the fried eggs in a separate skillet. Chop parsley and dill finely. Place the steaks on portioned plates, place one piece of fried eggs with yolk on them. Sprinkle chopped herbs and freshly ground black pepper over the dish. Serve with chunky fresh tomatoes and French fries.
