Cut the onion into small cubes and fry it in vegetable oil. Take out the roll and crush it with a fork. Next, combine the cooked minced meat, chopped eggs and fried onions. Do not forget to add spices there to taste. This will be the filling for the chicken stuffing.

Next, place the prepared filling into the belly of the chicken. And carefully sew with simple threads so that the contents do not fall out. Rub the chicken with paprika, wrap it in foil or in a special "sleeve" for frying.
