    • 0.5 teaspoon coriander;
    • a quarter teaspoon of turmeric;
    • a quarter teaspoon of ginger;
    • a quarter teaspoon of red ground pepper;
    • salt
    • fresh herbs to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces. Instead of chicken, you can take chickens. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and fry the pieces on it until golden brown.

Peel and wash the onions, chop them finely, add to the skillet and fry for another three minutes. Place a pot of water on the fire.
