It is necessary
- - 4 chicken fillets
- - 2 tsp ground ginger
- - 2 tbsp. l. curry powder
- - 1-2 tsp ground chili
- - juice of 1 lemon
- - 1h l. Sahara
- - 250 ml low fat natural yoghurt
- - salt
- - flat cakes for serving (to taste)
- For salsa:
- - 2 small tomatoes
- - 1/2 finely chopped red onion
- - 1 finely chopped cucumber
- - 2 tbsp. l. finely chopped cilantro
- - juice of 2 limes
Instructions
Step 1
Make 3-4 cuts in each chicken breast and place in a non-metallic bowl. Combine ginger, curry, chili, lemon juice, sugar, and yogurt. Season with salt and place over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
Step 2
Combine all the salsa ingredients in a bowl. Preheat oven to 230 ° C.
Step 3
Bake the chicken on a wire rack for 8-10 minutes on each side until tender. Serve with salsa and tortillas (to taste).
