Baked rutabaga for breakfast
- 3 rutabaga roots,
- 2 chicken eggs
- 2 tbsp. l. wheat flour,
- 3 tbsp. l. 20% sour cream
- 1 tbsp. l. cumin seeds,
- salt.
Wash the rutabagas, peel, cut into circles. Season with salt, roll in wheat flour and fry on both sides. Beat eggs with sour cream, pour this mixture over the fried rutabaga and bake in the oven or in a frying pan. Sprinkle with caraway seeds before serving.
