Keep 1 glass of milk on low heat until it gets very hot, but does not boil. Separately make the mixture: 0.5 cups of milk, 2 egg yolks, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of gelatin, 2 tbsp. spoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of starch. Beat well and leave for 2-3 minutes. Slowly pour heated milk into this mixture, stir. Put the pan on low heat again. Whisking constantly, cook the cream until it thickens, about 10 minutes. Add vanillin. Pour into molds, transfer to the refrigerator to thicken the pudding, keep for about 1-2 hours.
Peel 5 ripe apples, cut into 6 pieces, put in a saucepan. Pour in a little water to avoid covering the apples. Simmer until tender, then remove, crush and pass through a sieve. Add sugar to taste, cook for 5 minutes to dissolve the sugar. Dilute 30 grams of gelatin. Combine with mashed potatoes, stir well. Pour the mixture into a mold. After the jelly has hardened, cut the candies with a knife or molds.
