  • - 500 g chicken fillet;

  • - 65 g semolina;
  • - 1 chicken egg;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;

  • - 200 g cream 15%;
  • - spices and herbs - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken fillet well under running water, beat off a little and cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Wash the onion, peel and chop finely, then pour in salted boiling water with table vinegar (1/2 teaspoon for 250 g of boiling water). After a minute, drain the water, put the chopped onion on a towel or a thick napkin to rid it of excess liquid.

Beat the chicken egg until frothy.

Mix the prepared chicken fillet, onion and egg thoroughly with semolina, add your favorite spices and herbs, mix again and form small balls from this mass.

Put all the balls obtained in a deep baking sheet, greased with oil and send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 13-16 minutes.

Step 6

While the chicken balls are baking, prepare the filling: chop a piece of cheese on a fine grater. Pass the chives through a garlic press, mix everything in a separate bowl with cream and stir, set aside.

Step 7

When the previously indicated time has passed, to prepare the meat balls - take out a baking sheet or mold, pour each ball abundantly with the present filling and again place in the oven for 20 minutes, no more.
