Chicken balls in an exquisite creamy sauce are a very tasty and original solution for a family dinner. The cooking method gives this dish a zest, with the help of which the chicken is juicy and soft, awakening the appetite even with its smell.
It is necessary
- - 500 g skinless and boneless chicken breast;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 onion;
- - 200 ml. cream (20%);
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 200 g of hard cheese
- - salt to taste;
- - ground black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet and beat a little to remove the stiffness from the breast, and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel the onion, chop finely and add to the chicken meat. Add salt and pepper to the resulting minced meat.
Step 3
Beat the egg in a separate bowl to create an airy foam and add to the chopped breast and onion. Heat a baking dish in a hot oven, brush it with cream. Form the finished chicken into balls and place them on a greased dish.
Step 4
The oven should be preheated to 180 degrees. Bake chicken balls for 15 to 20 minutes. While the balls are cooking, prepare the sauce. Grate the cheese as finely as possible. Add chopped garlic to the cheese and mix with the remaining cream.
Step 5
Take out the form with balls, pour over the sauce and put in the oven for another 20 minutes. Chicken balls are best served hot.
