Lavash is a versatile piece that can be wrapped in many different fillings. This recipe contains tender chicken breast in sour cream sauce. It just melts in your mouth.

- - 1 large chicken breast;
- - 2 medium onions;
- - Sour cream 20% 250 gr;
- - Flour 2 tbsp;
- - Water 0.5 cups;
- - Salt 1 tsp pepper to taste

Step 1
Finely chop the chicken breast and onion. Fry over medium heat until tender.
Step 2
Add two tablespoons of flour and stir quickly. Pour in water, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Step 3
We lay out the lavash on the table and divide it into two parts. Put 1 tablespoon of the filling on the edge of the strip, twist it in 1, 5-2 turns and cut off. The edges of the pita bread must be folded inward.

Put the rolls on a baking sheet with foil and bake for 8-10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
