Shawarma is a favorite dish of many men, which is simply prepared. You can add absolutely any food to shawarma, depending on what is in your refrigerator. A little imagination, a little time - and a hearty dinner for your man is ready.
It is necessary
- 2 chicken breasts,
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of chopped parsley,
- 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar
- a little black pepper,
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 1 bell pepper,
- 100 grams of sour cream,
- 2 cucumbers,
- some salt
- 2 tomatoes,
- 600 grams of thin pita bread,
- 1 young white cabbage,
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry spices,
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Make a sour cream shawarma sauce. Add chopped parsley, garlic passed through a garlic press to a cup of sour cream, salt and pepper to taste, mix. Leave aside, let it insist.
Step 2
Cut the onion into small cubes, salt, sugar, cover with wine vinegar and leave aside for 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare vegetables for shawarma.
Cut the lavash into long strips. Cut the cucumber into slices. Rinse the bell peppers from seeds, cut into thin strips. Diced tomatoes. Chop the cabbage.
Step 4
Brush the pita bread strips with sauce. Place the vegetable filling and pickled onions on top of the sauce.
Step 5
Cut the chicken breast into slices or cubes to taste. Fry the meat in vegetable oil until crisp
Step 6
Place the fried meat on the vegetable filling and roll the pita bread into a tube. Fry the shawarma in a preheated pan on both sides. Serve hot.
