Instructions

Step 1

During the fast, you can eat fruits, vegetables, cereals, nuts, mushrooms, and legumes. The most important condition for fasting is reasonable restraint and moderation in everything, abstaining from excesses, including overeating. It is useful to allow the body to cleanse itself of toxins and toxins contained in animal fats.

Step 2

Fasting itself is a preparation for purity and joy. It is important to understand that this is not a diet, it is a fundamentally different phenomenon. If you are rude to others and watch entertainment programs immoderately, no stricter fasting will help you. Severity and exactingness towards yourself, indulgence towards others should become your motto for this period.

Step 3

Buckwheat porridge

Sort the buckwheat thoroughly and rinse it several times in water, then dry it. Fry the buckwheat in a dry hot frying pan, stirring continuously, until the cereal is golden brown. Frying will take 4-5 minutes. Pre-fried buckwheat will be more flavorful and crumbly.

Step 4

Boil water in a saucepan, add salt. One part of buckwheat will require two parts of water. Pour in the fried buckwheat, bring to a boil. Remove the foam formed with a slotted spoon and add vegetable oil. Simmer for another 6-8 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat, cover, let it brew for a few minutes.

Step 5

Vegetable stew with rice

Peel, wash, and chop all vegetables and mushrooms. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions, garlic, leeks, celery, carrots and zucchini in it. Roasting time - 5-6 minutes. Add tomatoes. Pour in 500 ml of hot water, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 10 minutes. Add mushrooms, rice and peas, stir, cook for 5-6 minutes. Decorate the finished dish with fresh herbs.

Step 6

Warm vegetable salad

Wash and core the apples. Cut the peeled apples, eggplant and zucchini into cubes. Peel the bell peppers and cut them into coarse strips. Salt the eggplants, place on a baking sheet, pour with olive oil and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Add peppers, add oils, bake for another 10 minutes. Add apples and zucchini and bake for 10 minutes. Peel and crush the garlic. Chop it finely along with the parsley leaves. Mix everything, salt, serve warm.
