1 kilogram of cauliflower, 2 liters of water, 250 milliliters of tomato puree, 100 grams of butter, 130 grams of hard cheese, 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper to taste

Step 1
Rinse the cauliflower, peel and divide into inflorescences. Bring the water to a boil, salt and put the cauliflower inflorescences in it. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Place the cooked cabbage in a colander and let the water drain. Grind the cabbage in a blender.
Step 3
Mix tomato puree with 80 grams of oil and cook for 5 minutes. Combine mashed potatoes with chopped cabbage.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add half of the grated cheese to the tomato-cabbage mixture. Pepper and stir well.
Step 5
Grease a baking sheet with butter and pour the mixture into it. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
