- - 800 g of cauliflower;
- - 0.5 kg of potatoes;
- - 800 g chicken fillet;
- - 2 glasses of milk;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 3 tablespoons of flour;

- - 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or sour cream;

Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces, marinate for 10 minutes in mayonnaise with salt and spices.

Disassemble the cauliflower by the inflorescences and pour boiling water over for 5-7 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, cut into 0.5 cm thick slices.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Lay on it in layers potatoes, chicken, cauliflower inflorescences.

Prepare the filling: beat the eggs into a light foam, add warm milk, salt, flour. Pour the mixture into the layers of the casserole.
