Cottage cheese is good for health and beauty - this is a fact. But not everyone likes this fresh dairy product. Chocolate glazed curd snacks are another matter! They are loved by almost everyone, both adults and children. Flavor enhancers and dyes can be added to shop curd cheeses, but at home you can make this delicacy absolutely natural and just as tasty!

It is necessary

  • For 6 cheese curds:
  • - fat-free cottage cheese - 250 g
  • - sugar - 2-3 tablespoons (adjust to taste; sugar substitutes can be used)
  • - vanillin - 1 sachet
  • - dark chocolate - 1 bar
  • - silicone molds, silicone brush

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, we put the chocolate to melt. We break the tiles, put them in a heat-resistant bowl, put them in a water bath. Melt the chocolate to a liquid consistency, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

While the chocolate bar is melting, we make the curd filling. Pour cottage cheese, sugar, vanillin or any other fillings of your choice into the blender bowl. We turn on the blender. Beat for a long time, the consistency and taste of the filling of the future cheese depends on it. The mass should become very tender, homogeneous, without a single lump. While whipping, sometimes turn off the blender and collect the filling from the walls to the middle so that everything is whipped evenly. The curd should be very thick and smooth.

Step 3

We put the filling aside for a while. We take silicone molds, a brush, melted chocolate and carefully coat the bottom and walls of the molds with them. We put the molds in the freezer for 3-4 minutes to set the chocolate.

Step 4

Fill the frozen chocolate molds with the filling to the very top, carefully leveling the curd with a spoon so that there are no air bubbles. We put the filled forms back in the freezer for a few minutes.

Step 5

A thin layer of chocolate melts very quickly, so I advise you to take it out of the freezer and fill it with the curd mass one mold at a time so that the curd does not mix with the chocolate.

Step 6

In my opinion, the most difficult stage is covering the curd filling with a top layer of chocolate. We put the mold in the freezer so that the top of the filling would harden a little and not mix with the icing. Gently, without pressing on the curd, apply the chocolate with a brush, filling the top of the mold with a thin layer. We put the finished curds in the refrigerator (not in the freezer, but in the main chamber). The curds freeze very quickly, after half an hour you can enjoy a delicious and healthy dessert.
