Everyone knows and loves curd snacks since childhood, but, to be honest, recently they have become not the same as before - too soft, with a small amount of filling, too sweet, or vice versa. To avoid all this, you can make curd snacks at home. Their preparation is not at all difficult, and the curd snacks themselves will turn out to be according to your taste.

It is necessary

  • - 1 kg of cottage cheese
  • - 40 g butter
  • - 1 can of condensed milk
  • - 1/3 cans of boiled condensed milk
  • - 1 bar of dark chocolate
  • - 100 g strawberries
  • - 100 g kiwi
  • - 100 g apricot

Instructions

Step 1

Making curd snacks is very simple. Take the curd, put it in a blender and beat until it gets a smooth, creamy consistency. But if you like to feel the cottage cheese, you can leave small lumps, this makes it even tastier.

Step 2

Place the oil in a warm place to soften. When it has softened, divide it in half. Add one part of the softened butter to the cottage cheese, put the condensed milk in it, whisk. You have got a soft, airy and sweet mass, which is already ready for cooling, so now it is worth preparing the molds.

Step 3

To prepare the glaze for curd cheeses, you need to break the chocolate bar, put it in a small saucepan and put it in a water bath. When the chocolate becomes soft and melted, add the second part of the butter to it. Melt the chocolate completely, stirring constantly. Use the smallest heat to keep the chocolate warm and free from solidification.

Step 4

Rinse the strawberries, kiwi and apricot, peel the kiwi and remove the pits from the apricot. Use a blender to mash each ingredient separately. Put the strawberry puree in a saucepan, add sugar to taste, but at least 1 tbsp. l. Cook the strawberry jam until it thickens. Do the same with the apricot puree and kiwi puree. You have got 3 types of jam, which will go as a filling.

Step 5

Put in small tins or just on a baking sheet 10 cakes of 50 grams each, give them an oblong shape (if the curds are just laid out on a baking sheet), make depressions in them, put filling in these depressions - boiled condensed milk, apricot jam, strawberry jam, kiwi jam … Close the filling with cottage cheese.

Step 6

Pour the icing over the almost ready-made homemade cottage cheese curds, put the glazed curds in the refrigerator for several hours. Homemade quality glazed curds are ready.
