Step 1
Mackerel fillet
Grease the top grill of the airfryer, cut the fillets into 5 cm chunks, sprinkle with spices, cook at 200 ° C for 20-30 minutes, turning once every one or two minutes so that the fish is golden brown. Take a large flat dish, like for a cake, pour 0.5 centimeters of olive oil on the bottom, chop the parsley finely, mix with oil, peel 3-4 garlic cloves, cut into large slices, put in butter, let the oil and garlic soak together.

Spread the finished fillet on a platter, salt and pepper, cover with a bowl, let stand for minutes so that the fish is saturated with the smells of garlic and parsley, turn the fillet pieces a couple of times during this time.

Soup
Chop the onion very finely, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, heat the oil in a pan, fry the onions and carrots. Cut the potatoes into cubes and cut the fish into long slices.

Boil water, take an airfryer pot, put vegetables, fish, salt and pepper, add dried bay leaf, cover with hot water, cover and cook on the lower rack at 260 ° C for 30-35 minutes.

Fish casserole
Peel potatoes and onions, wash, mince together with fish. Wash the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites, add the yolks to the minced meat, salt and pepper, mix very thoroughly.

Take a baking dish, grease with oil, put the minced meat in a mold, cover with foil, place on the middle wire rack of the airfryer, cook for 30 minutes at 200 ° C and with high ventilation. Remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes at the same temperature, but with medium ventilation, to form a golden brown crust.

Haddock
Peel the fish, rinse, disassemble into portions, rub with salt and spices, pour with lemon juice, cover with a bowl, let stand for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator. Place on the middle rack of your airfryer, cook 20 minutes at 230 degrees Celsius and medium ventilation.
