Fish is a source of many nutrients necessary for the normal functioning of the body. And even if fried fish is not the most dietary dish, it will decorate any table, especially since it is quite simple to prepare it.

It is necessary

    • a fish;
    • vegetable oil;
    • salt;
    • spice.

Instructions

Step 1

Before frying the fish, it must be defrosted. It is best to do this at room temperature, so you need to get the carcass out of the freezer in advance. You can defrost fish in the microwave, but if you set the mass incorrectly, then the carcass may scald slightly. Submerging the fish in water can speed up the process, but with this defrosting, all juices are washed out and the flesh will turn out to be dry.

Step 2

After the fish is thawed, peel it and discard the entrails, if any. Depending on the size of the carcass, you can fry the fish whole or cut it into portions. Marinate the carcass ready for frying in spices. To do this, sprinkle the fish with black pepper, marjoram, coriander or other spices and set aside for 30-40 minutes.

Step 3

Fried fish recipes are varied, but the principle of preparation is similar: the carcasses are fried in a large amount of oil, thanks to which they get an even, golden crust. To do this, take a frying pan, pour vegetable oil into it and heat it to a boil.

Step 4

Dip each piece of fish or carcass in flour or breadcrumbs, then put in hot oil. The deep-frying effect allows you to achieve such an amount of oil in which at least half of the piece is placed.

Step 5

Fry the fish over high heat for a few minutes until an even crust forms, then turn it over with a spatula on the other side. After the chunk is evenly browned, reduce heat and bring the fish until tender. Do not cover the pan with a lid, otherwise the crisp effect will be lost.
