Fish is very useful to eat every day. Frozen fish can be cooked in different ways: boil, bake, fry, simmer, simmer, grill. Vegetables and rice are suitable as a side dish.
It is necessary
-
- a fish;
- 6 potatoes;
- two carrots;
- three medium heads of onions;
- 300 g boiled-smoked pork belly;
- half a bunch of fresh dill;
- 300 ml sour cream (15% fat);
- a couple of cherry twigs;
- ground paprika;
- 100 ml of apple cider vinegar;
- salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cook potatoes and carrots "in their skins".
Step 2
Defrost the fish, peel it off the scales, remove the entrails, cut off the fins. Cut off the head and tail. Rinse under running water.
Step 3
Cut two onions into rings and the third into feathers. Put the onion, chopped with feathers in a bowl, salt and cover with apple cider vinegar.
Step 4
Cut the boiled-smoked pork brisket in half. Cut the skin off one half and slice thinly into slices. Cut the second into a "scallop" shape. Fry the scallops in a dry frying pan. Pour the resulting lard into a dish with refractory elongated high edges.
Step 5
Place half of the onion, cut into rings, on the bottom of the dish. Place two pieces of brisket in the middle.
Step 6
Rub the inside of the fish with salt and put half a bunch of dill there. Make six deep, slanting cuts about 2/3 the thickness of the fish. Rub the fish with salt over the cut and place in a dish.
Step 7
In the cuts of the fish, place the pieces of brisket without the skin with the fat side outward and put the onion ring in the same place.
Step 8
Peel the carrots and potatoes "in their skins" and cut into slices. Place sliced circles of carrots and potatoes around the fish in the form of "scales", put separate onion rings between the layer of carrots and potatoes so that the layers do not stick together, salt each layer.
Step 9
Place potatoes, fried scallops and onions soaked in vinegar on top of the fish. Sprinkle with ground paprika, sour cream, add cherry sprigs for decoration. Leave for ten minutes so that the sour cream is absorbed, then put in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees for an hour and a half.
