Step 1

Place the butter in a fireproof bowl. Place it in the microwave to melt it. Pour kefir into a tall enamel pan, add oil, salt, add sugar, stir. Add yeast, beat in eggs and mix again.

First, add half of the sifted flour there, mix well then - the rest. Knead the dough thoroughly with a spoon, then by hand. Cover the pan with a towel, let the dough rise for 1, 5 hours.

To prevent the filling from flowing out of the cheesecakes during baking, add sugar to the lingonberries, stir, put on fire. Boil for 5 minutes, set to cool. You don't need to cook the filling first. Pour sugar into the lingonberries, add 2 tbsp. starch, stir. It will make the mass viscous, prevent it from flowing out during baking.

If you don't have fresh lingonberries, you can use frozen ones. To do this, after you have shaped the dough cakes on a baking sheet, put sugar in each cavity first, and then lingonberries in a 1: 2 ratio. The coating can also be changed.
