  • Pumpkin - 400 grams;

Put the finished sweets on a plate sprinkled with rice flour, and place them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

  • Dried cherries - 2 cups;
  • oat bran - 1 glass;
  • dark chocolate - 50 grams;
  • water.

Soak cherries in water for 2 hours. Drain the water, add the bran, break everything together in a blender. Roll the balls, roll in grated chocolate, refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

"Apple-banana dessert"

  • Dried apples - 200 grams;
  • banana - 1 pc.;
  • oat bran - ½ cup;
  • cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. spoons.

Break the banana in a blender, add cocoa powder and bran. Turn the soaked apples through a meat grinder, mix both masses. Roll up the balls and put on a plate and put the dessert in the refrigerator.

Candy with dried apricots

  • Dried apricots - 200 grams;
  • coconut milk - 100 ml;
  • oat bran - 1 cup;
  • applesauce - 1 tbsp the spoon.

Pour dried apricots with water, leave for 2 hours. Put squeezed dried fruits, bran, applesauce into a blender, pour in coconut milk. Beat the products until smooth. We form balls and place in the refrigerator to strengthen the dessert.

"Rafaello"

  • Rice flour - 1 glass;
  • dates - 2 cups;
  • almond;
  • coconut flakes.

Soak dates in boiled water. After 4 hours, drain the water, mince the dates or beat in a blender. Add rice flour to the date mass and roll into small balls. Put a nut in the middle of the resulting candy. Dip each ball in coconut and refrigerate for several hours.

It is worth remembering that even such low-calorie sweets should not prevail in the diet of those who are losing weight. The share of any dessert in your menu should not exceed 10%.
