Step 1

Make a classic pot dish of meat with potatoes and other vegetables. First, prepare all the ingredients you need. Rinse the beef or pork tenderloin thoroughly in running water, then dry the meat with paper towels and cut into small slices. Chop the garlic in a garlic press, chop dill and parsley, onion feathers. Peel the potatoes and cut into equal sized cubes. Saute onion chopped into thin half rings and grated carrots in refined sunflower oil until golden brown.
