    • Green beans - 200 g,
    • Tomatoes - 4 pieces
    • Onions - 1 piece,
    • Carrots - 1 piece,
    • Potatoes - 4 pieces,
    • Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces,
    • Vegetable oil,
    • Salt
    • ground pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the meat in cold water, dry lightly with napkins or paper kitchen towels. Cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Preheat a frying pan, fry the meat in portions on it until golden brown, then put the meat in the pots equally.

Step 3

Wash the vegetables. Cut onions, carrots, tomatoes and potatoes into small cubes, beans into three parts a pod. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut into small pieces.

Step 4

Lay vegetables in layers on top of the meat in pots in the following sequence: onions, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, beans and potatoes. Add a little salt and pepper to each layer. Pour water into each pot, approximately to the middle of the vegetable layers, the layer of potatoes should not be in the water! Cover the pots with lids.

Preheat the oven, place the pots on a baking sheet and send them to simmer at 200 ° C, after 15-20 minutes, reduce the temperature in the oven to 150 ° C and simmer the vegetables for another half hour - 40 minutes.

Step 6

Turn off the oven, after 10 minutes, remove the pots, open the lids, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs on top and serve on the table.
