    • For pork with vegetables in pots:
    • - 800 g of pork;
    • - 200 g green beans;
    • - 2 tomatoes;
    • - 2 heads of onions;
    • - 150 g of cheese;
    • - 3 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
    • - 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
    • - salt
    • ground black pepper to taste.
    • For pork with buckwheat in pots:
    • - 500 g of pork;
    • - 1 glass of buckwheat;
    • - 2 heads of onions;
    • - 1 carrot;
    • - 2 liters of vegetable or meat broth;
    • - 1 bay leaf;
    • - 20-30 g of butter;
    • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Russian-style roast in a pot Wash the meat, dry and cut into small slices. Season with black pepper and salt. Peel the vegetables. Finely chop the onions, grate the carrots on a medium grater. Add vegetables to meat, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Cut two potatoes into slices, the rest of the tubers into strips. Divide the potatoes into strips, meat with onions and carrots in the pots. Stir. Place the potato mugs on top.

Step 3

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Combine milk, starch and sour cream. Cut the butter into cubes. Place a couple of butter slices in each pot. Sprinkle the contents with cheese and pour over the sauce.

Step 4

Bake the pots of meat in the oven at 220-240 degrees C for about 30-45 minutes. Garnish the finished dish with finely chopped herbs.

Pork with vegetables in pots Wash the pork and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them off. Dice the onions and tomatoes. Cut the beans into 2-3 pieces. Grate the cheese.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the pork over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add onions and tomatoes to the meat. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Then lay out the green beans, sprinkle with pepper and salt, stir. After 4-5 minutes add the tomato paste, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Divide vegetables and meat into pots. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Pork with buckwheat in pots Peel the vegetables. Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion. Wash the pork and cut into small cubes. Stir in vegetables and meat. Season with pepper and salt. Divide the pork into the pots.

Step 9

Rinse the buckwheat under running water. Add buckwheat to the meat. Stir in the crumbled bay leaf. Pour the broth into each pot at the rate of about 700 ml of liquid per 3 tbsp. l. cereals. Add butter and salt. Cover and cook meat with buckwheat in the oven at 180-200 degrees C for 1 hour. Then turn off the heat and leave the pots for another 15 minutes in the cooling oven.
