Bread is one of the oldest dishes on Earth. Bread products contain fiber, trace elements, vitamins that are beneficial to human health. Try preparing and serving bread pots in an original way.
You will need:
- chicken fillet 400 g;
- Bulgarian pepper 2-3 pcs.;
- salt, pepper to taste, soy sauce, sugar;
- cauliflower 1 head of cabbage or broccoli;
- medium onion;
- carrots 1 pc.;
- zucchini 1 pc.;
- Bulgarian pepper 2-3 pcs.;
- hard cheese 150 g;
- round buns 6-7 pcs.;
- sour cream 2 tablespoons;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation:
1. Fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil. At the end of frying the onions, add soy sauce and some sugar.
2. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes or strips. Fry in a pan until golden brown.
3. Wash the vegetables. Peel the zucchini, remove the core, cut into small cubes. Cut the bell pepper into small strips. Cut the carrots into thin slices. Divide the cauliflower into florets. Add prepared vegetables to chicken fillet. Season with pepper and salt. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until tender.
4. Cut off the tops from the buns and carefully remove the crumb without damaging the shape of the bun. Smear with sour cream from the inside of the walls of each bun.
5. Arrange the prepared vegetables and fillets in bread pots. Grate cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle on top. Preheat oven and place bread pots for 5 minutes. Decorate the finished bread pots with a sprig of herbs and serve.
