Spinach is a real storehouse of vitamins and minerals. Since spinach is perfectly stored frozen, it is especially useful to use it in the winter-spring period. Many healthy and tasty dishes can be prepared from this plant.

- 1 pack of frozen spinach
- 5 eggs;

- For soup:
- 1 chicken breast;
- 3 medium potatoes;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 pack of frozen spinach
- 300 ml. cream;
- salt and pepper to taste.
- For casseroles:
- 1 pack of frozen spinach
- 400 g of bacon;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 300 g of hard cheese;
- 3 eggs;
- 1 glass of sour cream;
- 3 tablespoons flour;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Spinach omelet.
Take a package of frozen spinach. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Dip the spinach in boiling water for 5 minutes. Beat 5 eggs in a separate cup. Add salt to taste, 5 tablespoons of milk, 2 tablespoons of sour cream to the beaten eggs. Whisk the whole mixture. Place a piece of butter in a deep frying pan. Put boiled spinach in hot butter and pour over everything with beaten eggs and milk. Season to taste. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook the omelet for 10 minutes. Cut the finished omelet into portions, top with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Step 2
Spinach soup.
Cook broth from one chicken breast. Remove the meat from the broth, cut into small pieces and put back in the broth. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into small cubes. Before placing in the soup, potatoes should be washed from starch in cold water. Place the chopped potatoes and carrots in boiling water. Cook vegetables over medium heat for 20 minutes. Add a box of frozen spinach to the soup and add salt and pepper to taste. Then add the cream to the saucepan and cook the soup for 15 minutes. Pour the prepared soup into bowls. This soup is very healthy for young children.

3. Spinach and bacon casserole.
Boil a package of frozen spinach in boiling salted water. Take bacon and cut it into thin strips. Core the bell pepper and cut into rings. In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs, add 1 cup sour cream, 3 tablespoons flour and salt to taste. Grate hard cheese or grind in a blender. In a fireproof dish, place the chopped bacon, boiled spinach, bell pepper rings and grated cheese on top. Pour everything over with batter. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve the cooked casserole warm, cut into portions. Bon Appetit.
