Puree soup can be made from different mushrooms, but the most common and affordable option is to take champignons and dried porcini mushrooms.

- - 50 g dried white mushrooms
- - 2 onions
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - 300 ml of sunflower oil
- - ½ kg of mushrooms
- - 200 g honey mushrooms
- - 1 tsp salt
- - 150 ml cream, 22% fat
- - ½ tsp black pepper

Step 1
First, you need to soak the dried mushrooms in cold water and leave for 1 hour to soften them. While the mushrooms are soaking, you need to chop the garlic and onions and simmer them in vegetable oil until transparent. Cooking should be done in the same saucepan where the soup will be boiled.
Step 2
The champignons need to be washed, chopped coarsely and sent to the onion with garlic.
Step 3
Add softened porcini mushrooms there along with the liquid where they were soaked, mix and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Honey mushrooms must also be put in the pan.
Step 5
Add ½ liter of boiling water, season with salt and cook over medium heat for 20-30 minutes.
Step 6
Use a blender to grind the mushrooms to a puree state.
Step 7
Pour cream into them, season with salt, pepper, bring to a boil and turn off.
Step 8
Decorate the finished soup with herbs and serve hot.
