It will take only 10 minutes to put the dough, and another 1-1.5 hours to raise it. Flour, kefir, yeast, salt, sugar, vanillin - that's all you need. If there is no kefir, you can replace it with sour cream, milk, any dairy product. Kefir will give the dough elasticity, sour cream will make the baked goods looser and more airy.

Step 1
First you need to make a dough: take a container with high sides, pour yeast, sugar, salt, 1/3 flour into it. In order for the dough to rise faster, the kefir must be slightly warmed up, a little warmer than room temperature, and poured into a container. Mix thoroughly, cover with a towel, put in a warm place. After about half an hour, the dough will rise.
Step 2
Then add the remaining flour and vanillin, pour a couple of large tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix again until smooth. Cover the resulting dough again and rise. After about an hour and a half, the mass will do, you can bake it.
Step 3
Do not be afraid to experiment, in any case you will get something tasty, such a dough cannot be spoiled. Products are interchangeable, you can use milk powder instead of kefir and sour cream, just dilute it with warm water. If you want to bake a savory dish, such as fish pie or liver cake, use half the sugar. To make the pastry beautiful and look like decoration on the table, you should grease it with an egg before putting it in the oven. When the products are ready, go over them with a brush dipped in syrup. Then the pies and buns will be shiny and delicious. The syrup is made like this: 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, pour 100 ml of water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add a black tea bag to the syrup.
