Dishes in a pot are a great way out for housewives who are short on time. All you have to do is cut the ingredients and put them in a pot. And after an hour, you can treat your family to a delicious and healthy dinner, because when baked, there are more nutrients in the products than when frying. To prepare a pot of potatoes and meat, it is better to take pork. This meat will cook faster, produce more juice and be more tender. But if there is no pork, any will do. Beef, veal, chicken - the main thing is that there are no bones.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. If there is very little time, you can simply cut it into circles.

First put the meat in a pot, then onions, carrots and lastly potatoes. Each layer needs a little salt. Add 75 ml (slightly less than half a glass) water.

These pots are delicious without any dressing. But you can, for example, instead of just pouring water over the pots, make a sauce of sour cream and garlic.

Or you can just make a vegetable pot - add tomato, bell pepper and zucchini to potatoes with carrots and fill with water.
