Step 1
Pour warm milk into a saucepan and dissolve yeast.

Add sifted flour, sugar, salt, eggs.

Knead all this for 7-10 minutes to get a lump-free, homogeneous dough.

Add a little more milk or water if the mixing liquid is low.

Add oil at the end of kneading, stir lightly, place in a warm place and cover the pan with a lid.

After 2 hours after kneading, when the dough rises strongly, you need to knead it.

After about another 40 minutes, when the dough has reached its maximum rise, it will gradually sink. You should do one more workout and put it on the table. The dough is ready.
