You can use a variety of doughs to make homemade pizza. Some housewives prefer to buy ready-made, but you can do it quickly and independently.

- - 1 tomato;

- - mayonnaise and ketchup.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine mayonnaise, 3 eggs, vinegar slaked baking soda, and 8 tablespoons of flour in one deep bowl. This will give you the dough. With its consistency, it should resemble thick sour cream. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil (so that the pizza does not burn, you can sprinkle the baking dish with semolina) and put the dough on it. It will be easier to do this with a tablespoon dipped in water.
Step 2
Grate the sausage, cheese and tomatoes on a coarse grater. Place these ingredients on top of the dough. Finely chop the onion, pickled cucumbers and champignons and put them in the same place. Remember to spread all food evenly over the entire surface of the pizza.
Step 3
Top the pizza with mayonnaise and ketchup. The amount will depend on your taste preferences. Place the baking dish in a cold oven 180 degrees. You need to bake the dish for about 40 minutes.
