    • 1 teaspoon dried garlic
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • For filling:
    • 150 g salami
    • 2 tomatoes
    • 1 large onion
    • 50 gr. olives or olives
    • 200 gr. cheese 50% fat
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • for ketchup:
    • 100 g tomato paste
    • 3 cloves of garlic
    • ground black pepper
    • 0.5 teaspoon dried dill
    • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking the dough.

Dissolve yeast in one glass of warm water (30 degrees), after dissolving sugar in water. After 5-10 minutes, the yeast begins to "walk", a foam appears on the surface.

Add the rest of the water, yeast, salt, olive oil, garlic, paprika to the sifted flour and knead the dough. The longer the dough is kneaded, the fuller the dough will be.

Add ground black pepper, finely chopped garlic, dill to the tomato paste and mix everything well.
