Banana-kefir dessert
Put slices of ripe bananas (2 pieces), honey (40 g) and low-fat kefir (300 ml) in a blender. Beat until smooth. Pour into a mold and put in the refrigerator for several hours. Cut the frozen mass into pieces in portions.
Step 2
Banana liqueur
In a bowl, mix a can of condensed milk, 300 ml of vodka, 2 pieces of raw chicken eggs (purchased in a store and checked by the sanitary and epidemiological station), 150 ml of milk, 3 ripe bananas. Beat everything well with a mixer or blender. Strain through a sieve. Cool the liquid part in the refrigerator before serving.
Step 3
Banana salad
Grind the walnuts in a blender to make about 2 tablespoons of nut crumbs. Grate 30 g of chocolate bar on a coarse grater. Stir in the nut and chocolate crumbs.
Beat 100 g of milk cream with a mixer until froth, add 40 g of icing sugar.
Cut three bananas into slices, roll on both sides in nut-chocolate chips and put the first layer in a dish. The second layer will be cream. Next, a layer of bananas alternate with layers of cream.
