Peel two bananas. Place in a deep bowl and crush with a fork.

Step 2
Muffins
Gather a deep bowl of food for the dough. One egg, 0.5 cups of vegetable oil, 2 cups of flour, a glass of milk. Add salt, 0.5 cups of sugar and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Beat this mixture with a mixer. Grease the muffin molds, put about 1 tablespoon of dough in each. Spread 1 teaspoon of condensed milk on top. Again, a tablespoon of dough. Place a slice of banana on the very top. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. The temperature in the oven should not exceed 200 degrees.
Step 3
Bananas in caramel
Peel the bananas. Divide them in half lengthwise initially. Then into 4 cm pieces. Melt a spoonful of butter in a frying pan. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar to it. Roll the banana slices in powdered sugar. Fry in a pan on both sides.
