It is necessary

  • - sweet sauce;
  • - fruit puree;
  • - confectionery sprinkles;
  • - fresh berries and fruits;
  • - chocolate;
  • - icing sugar, cocoa powder;
  • - almond, coconut, waffle crumbs;
  • - pastry bag;
  • - plastic ketchup bottles.

Instructions

Step 1

If you want to serve dessert in portions, on a plate, do as it is done in expensive cafes and restaurants - take plain dishes and create an abstract composition of sweet sauces, berries, chocolate and similar decorations on them.

Step 2

Choose a sauce and fruit that complements the aroma and flavor of your dessert. Do not forget about such traditional decorations as mint leaves, powdered sugar and cocoa, chocolate chips. Sweetened fruit puree can also be used as a sauce. Puréed fruits delight the eye with their bright colors - this is another argument in their favor.

Step 3

Prepare a small ketchup bottle, pour sweet sauce into it, and pour it over a plate. You can sprinkle the sauce, draw spirals, zigzags, hearts with it. You can take two sauces that are different in color, but suitable for taste and make a beautiful abstract pattern out of them, mixing, but not mixing them completely with a toothpick. Place a drop of red sauce over dark chocolate or creamy caramel and draw lines as if you were drawing a herringbone for a very interesting pattern.

Step 4

Sprinkle the edges of the plate with powdered sugar, cocoa, coconut, nuts, or waffle crumbs. From a piping bag with a patterned attachment, place a patterned slide of whipped cream. The finishing touch can be fresh berries, fruit pieces, chocolate chips, lemon or orange peel. Do not get carried away, otherwise the decoration will overshadow your dessert. Two or three supplements are enough, it is not necessary to use everything at once.

Step 5

If you're serving a whole cake or pie for dessert, remember that the easiest way to decorate it is to sprinkle it with powdered sugar or cocoa over a stencil. There are dozens of ready-made decorations for cakes, such as chocolate and marzipan figurines, flowers, and decorative elements. Edible beads, sweet confetti, coconut and almond flakes can decorate both cake and muffins, muffins, sweet cream laid out in a bowl through a curly nozzle on a pastry bag.

Step 6

One of the most popular dessert decorations is strawberries. To lay it in a spectacular fan, select, wash and dry large berries, preferably with a bright green rosette of leaves. Make two cuts in each from the sharp tip to the "skirt". Unfold the strawberry fan carefully. If you cut off the berry a little from the side where the leaves are, and then cut it lengthwise into slices of the same thickness, then you can lay out the slices "ladder".

Step 7

Strawberries in chocolate glaze also look beautiful. To do this, take the berries with a tail, wash and dry them, and then, holding by the twig, dip them into melted chocolate. Hold it slightly and put on waxed parchment to set the glaze. Add another elegant touch by sprinkling dark chocolate-covered berries, a drop of melted light chocolate, or vice versa.
