If you stick to a healthy diet, but love sweets very much, then the diet apple pie is just for you. It contains a minimum of products and does not contain fats and proteins. And the pie is very tasty.
It is necessary
- - baking dish with a diameter of 22 cm;
- - wheat flour 2 cups;
- - sugar 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - vegetable oil 125 ml;
- - ice water 70 ml;
- - salt on the tip of a knife;
- For filling:
- - green apples 3 pcs.;
- - sugar 100 g;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - cinnamon 0.5 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour with salt, add sugar, vegetable oil and ice water to it. Knead the dough. Divide the dough into 2 parts so that one is slightly larger than the second. Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Place the larger dough in the baking dish. Spread evenly over the bottom and form the sides.
Step 3
Wash, dry the apples, divide into 4 parts and remove the core. Cut the apples into small slices. Sift flour into a bowl, add sugar and cinnamon. Stir and add to apples.
Step 4
Spread the apple filling evenly over the surface of the cake. Roll the second part of the dough into a layer, cover the cake and pinch the edges. Punch a few holes in the cake to let the steam out. Brush the surface of the cake with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sugar.
Step 5
Bake the cake for 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees.
