The recipe for this cake is really unusual. It turns out to be light, airy and melts in the mouth. Once you have tried it, you will be doing it all the time.

- - 1, 5-2 glasses of flour;
- - 2 tsp quicklime soda with a little top.

Step 1
Mix eggs with sugar, melt honey in a frying pan. After a while, combine liquid honey, eggs with sugar, soda and flour. Mix everything very thoroughly. The dough will turn out to be liquid, similar in consistency to thick sour cream. Let the resulting dough sit for 24 hours or simply refrigerate overnight.
Step 2
Bake the present dough. To do this, line the form with baking paper, grease the paper with butter and pour out part of the dough. When you pour the dough onto the mold, the layer is very thin. Then sprinkle generously with flour on top and stretch with the palm of your hand (flour prevents the dough from sticking to your hands) so that the dough is evenly distributed over the shape.
Step 3
Bake the cakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. The cakes will rise and turn out to be very airy. Shake the remaining flour off the crust.
Step 4
Cream preparation. Take 0, 7 - 0, 8 liters of milk, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. l. flour with a small slide, butter 200 g, vanillin and cognac (to taste) Mix all the ingredients with an egg and a little milk. Heat the remaining milk, then pour the mixture of flour, milk and eggs into it in a thin stream, mix quickly and well.
Step 5
Add sugar, vanillin and cognac to taste and bring the entire mixture to a boil, but do not boil. The cream should thicken. Remove from heat, let cool slightly and then stir in soft butter. Cool the cream and spread it over the cooled cakes.
Step 6
The outer cake does not need to be coated with cream, but cover with any sour jam. For example, take cherry jam or frozen berries.
Step 7
For the icing, melt a whole bar of milk chocolate and apply on top of the cake. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts as well.
Step 8
After the cake is ready, refrigerate it for a few hours to soak well.
