Step 1
Cooking mashed potatoes. Boil peeled potatoes in salted water with a small piece of butter.

When the potatoes are boiled, drain some of the water. Add a little more butter, salt and crush the potatoes until a homogeneous air mass is formed.

Add red and black ground pepper to the finished puree.

Three parmesan cheese on a medium grater (this type of cheese helps the dish to keep its shape when baking). Add the mashed cheese and stir thoroughly until smooth. Fill the cream syringe with the resulting mixture.

Cover the baking sheet with pastry paper and squeeze small portions of mashed potatoes with cheese from the syringe. We try to make the portions look like a rose.
