Making homemade cakes with a delicious lemon flavor is easy. This delicacy is prepared in an hour and a half. You need products that are affordable, for sure you already have a lot - you just have to buy what is missing and start cooking!
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - sugar - 220 g;
- - wheat flour - 150 g;
- - butter - 120 g;
- - two eggs;
- - icing sugar - 1/4 cup;
- - lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt - 1/4 teaspoon;
- - baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
Step 2
Use a dough blender or food processor to combine flour, butter, and icing sugar.
Step 3
Grease a split form with oil, lay out the resulting crumb. Smooth, compact along the bottom of the mold.
Step 4
Bake for about 20 minutes, then remove the baking dish from the oven.
Step 5
Whisk two eggs, lemon juice, sugar, salt and baking powder into a homogeneous mass. Pour the mixture over the dough.
Step 6
Put the mold back in the oven and cook for 20 minutes. During baking, the filling will swell, then it will settle. Cool, remove from the mold, cut into 16 squares - the lemon cakes are ready!
