  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • sugar - 4 tsp;
  • yeast - 30 g;
  • butter - 55 g;
  • milk - 270 ml;
  • flour - 500 g.

Instructions

Step 1

To make butter bread, dissolve salt, sugar and yeast in warm milk. Add softened butter and sifted flour. Then knead the dough well.

Step 2

Place on a floured table and knead the dough. If it is sticky, add flour. The dough should easily come off your hands.

Grease a saucepan or large bowl with butter, place the dough in there, and keep in a warm place for an hour. The dough will double in size.

After the allotted time, knead the dough lightly to shape. Brush with butter on all sides, place in a baking dish or on a baking sheet. Let stand for 20 minutes. The rich bread will be ready soon.

Preheat oven to 220oC and send bread there for 40 minutes. Wait until it is browned, you can put the dish with water on the bottom shelf of the oven, then the bread will not burn from the bottom.
