It is necessary
- - 600 g eggplant
- - 2 carrots
- - 1 parsley root
- - 1 onion head
- - 2 tomatoes
- - 300 g minced meat
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- - 4 teaspoons of sugar
- - salt and herbs to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Cut carefully washed eggplants in half lengthways and remove the core with the grains.
Step 2
Fry the minced meat with finely chopped onions. After the meat is half cooked, add grated carrots, parsley root. Simmer until tender.
Step 3
Add tomato pulp, salt, sugar to the filling in a frying pan and simmer for another 4 minutes. Add the filling, leaving the broth in the pan.
Step 4
Cut the eggplants into thin slices. Spread minced meat on them and wrap.
Step 5
Fold the rolls into a frying pan in the broth and simmer until the eggplants are fully cooked.
