- 50 grams of green beans
- 200 grams of cauliflower
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot,
- 6 potatoes,
- 1 bell pepper,
- 2 cloves of garlic

- 6 tbsp. spoons of sour cream,
- some greens (dill or parsley),
- 500 ml of broth,
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the pork, dry it, cut into medium-sized pieces, season with salt and ground pepper. Fry the pork in vegetable oil until whitish. If desired, the meat can be browned a little.
Step 2
Place the pieces of pork in the pot. Cut the beans into pieces and place on the meat.
Step 3
Cut the peeled onion into half rings, fry in a meat pan.
Peel the carrots, cut into small pieces or rings and add to the onion, fry to taste. Transfer the roast to the meat pot.
Step 4
Pour water into a saucepan, salt, boil cauliflower, then disassemble it into inflorescences. Place the cabbage in a pot.
Step 5
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into cubes. Transfer the potatoes to a pot.
Step 6
Peel the bell pepper from seeds, cut into cubes. Fry and place in a pot on top of potatoes, salt to taste and add chopped garlic.
Step 7
Pour the contents of the pot with broth (up to the middle of the pot). Put a spoonful of sour cream on top of bell pepper and potatoes, spread. Close the pot with a lid and place in the oven (250 degrees). After the broth has boiled, lower the temperature to 120 degrees. Simmer the meat for an hour. Decorate the finished dish with fresh herbs.
