Ingredients:

  • salt and chili to taste;
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp.;
  • coriander - 1 tablespoon;
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • chicken fillet - 2 pcs.

Preparation:

Soak wooden skewers in water for thirty minutes in a suitable container. In the meantime, rinse the chicken fillets in cold running water and cut into long strips with a sharp knife.

In a deep bowl, combine the soy sauce, coriander, sugar, vegetable oil, minced garlic, pepper and salt. Mix everything well and place the chicken strips in this marinade. Place the container of meat in the refrigerator for 2 hours. If you have time, marinate the meat overnight.

Take prepared wooden skewers and string chicken strips on them with an accordion. Preheat oven to 200oC, place chicken skewers on a convenient baking dish and cook for 20 minutes.

Halfway through the baking process, open the oven and gently turn all the skewers over to help the meat cook better. You can additionally lightly pour the marinade on top. The finished chicken kebab should be tasty, juicy and golden.
