A light, dietary meal that is not difficult to prepare. Thanks to the successful combination of vegetables and meat, nutritional value and high vitamin content, this dish becomes a welcome guest on any table.
It is necessary
- - 1 carrot;
- - 520 g pork fillet;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 40 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 180 g zucchini;
- - salt pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop zucchini and carrots, season with salt and pepper, add vegetable oil and chopped garlic. Mix everything thoroughly. You can mix either manually or using a blender or mixer. Hand mixing will preserve the integrity of the food and the food will be of better quality.
Step 2
Take food foil, cut it into several pieces and put a piece of pork meat on each of them. Salt and pepper it well. When cutting foil, leave a little in stock, this will come in handy later.
Step 3
Put vegetables prepared in advance on the meat, cover the foil a little so that you get a figure that looks like a boat. Thanks to this form, all juices will be preserved in the dish and there will be no need to make additional gravy.
Step 4
Bake on a baking sheet in the oven at a temperature not exceeding 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. After finishing cooking, serve the dish on the steel.
