Many people prefer to eat chicken eggs for breakfast. They can be boiled, fried, made into an omelet. Why not bake them in the oven under the most delicate bechamel sauce?
It is necessary
- Ingredients for 2 persons:
- - 3 eggs;
- - 400 ml of milk;
- - 20 gr. butter;
- - 20 gr. flour;
- - 100 gr. bacon or smoked lard;
- - grated cheese;
- - pepper and salt;
- - nutmeg.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool, clean and set aside for a while.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan, fry finely chopped bacon (or smoked bacon) in it until crisp. Transfer to a plate, add flour to butter and stir for a minute. Pour milk in a thin stream and beat everything with a whisk to make an airy sauce. Season the bechamel with pepper and nutmeg, salt to taste.
Step 3
Grease the mold with a small amount of sauce, put the eggs cut in half on top. Put pieces of bacon on top of the eggs and fill everything with béchamel sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven for 30 minutes.

You can serve eggs with béchamel sauce with any fresh vegetables.
