And it's no secret that the taste and quality of pies is 80 percent dependent on how you prepare the dough. Most often, yeast dough without dough is prepared for lush and tasty baking.

- butter - 100 gr.

- salt - ¼ teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the butter from the refrigerator, melt it and set aside for a while. You will need it chilled a little later.

Pour milk into a large plastic bowl and microwave. It should get warm. At a temperature of 35 degrees, yeast found in milk is activated. Then add yeast to it and stir for a long time with a spoon until the yeast is completely dissolved in the milk.
Step 3
Break the eggs into a separate bowl. Add sugar and mash with eggs with a wooden spoon. Then pour this mixture into a container of milk, salt and stir.
Step 4
Gradually add the previously sifted flour, constantly stirring the dough. Add the previously melted butter. Stir again with a spoon.
Step 5
Now start kneading the dough with your hands. Knead thoroughly until it is pliable and soft. And also it should freely lag behind hands and dishes, without sticking.
Step 6
Lightly dust the prepared dough with flour, cover with a cloth towel and place in a warm place. After half an hour, the dough should rise. Press it lightly with your hand and let it stand for another 15 minutes for it to rise a second time. Now the dough is ready, and you can start baking pies of any shape and with a variety of fillings.
