Honey mushrooms are suitable not only for frying or salting for the winter. Fresh honey mushrooms make a delicious low-calorie soup, which is easy to cook.
It is necessary
- - fresh mushrooms - 500 grams,
- - onions - 1 piece;
- - carrots - 1 piece;
- - potatoes - 4 pieces;
- - chicken breast - 200 grams;
- - black pepper - 10 peas;
- - salt, herbs, ground garlic to taste;
- - water - 3 liters.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the forest and collect more honey mushrooms. Choose small mushrooms. Sort them at home, clean them of forest debris, as well as old, wormy and any questionable specimens. Then rinse in cold water several times. Freeze most of it for the future, leaving a small amount for current needs.
Step 2
Boil honey mushrooms in salted water for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Place a pot of water on the fire. Throw in the peeled onion and carrots, cut into small circles. Add 10 black peppercorns. When the water boils, add a little salt and send the sliced potatoes there.
Step 4
After 10 minutes, send the boiled mushrooms to the pan.
Step 5
When the potatoes are almost ready, add the chicken breast, cut into small pieces so that they fit in a tablespoon, into the pan, and add salt if necessary. The breast will cook very quickly - after 5 minutes, when this happens, turn off the heat, cover and let it brew for about 20 minutes.
Step 6
Mushrooms are especially friendly with dill and garlic, so when serving, the soup can be sprinkled with finely chopped fresh dill and ground garlic.
