There are many recipes for making soups. After all, all these dishes have a positive effect on digestion. No lunch is complete without liquid, be it borscht or soup. Vegetables contained in the first courses activate the activity of the digestive glands, stimulate appetite. Soups can be hot or cold. These dishes are prepared in meat, fish and mushroom broths. A very tasty soup can be made from honey agarics. It is very healthy and low in calories.

Step 1
