Probably, every housewife has her own recipe for delicious cutlets. This dish, simple to prepare, is loved by many. And the ingredients for it may be different: meat, fish, vegetables. Chicken leg cutlets are very tasty.

- - 2 cloves of garlic

- - 80 ml of milk
- - 2 slices of bread

Step 1
Wash the chicken legs first. Then separate the meat from the bones. And you can immediately purchase fillet of chicken legs. Then cut the chicken into pieces and grind in a blender.

Wash and peel the onion, garlic, potatoes. Grind vegetables in a blender. Make sure they don't turn into puree. The vegetables just need to be chopped well enough.

Place the pieces of bread in the milk. Let them soak and squeeze out excess liquid. If this is not done, the bread will stick together and will be in the mince in the form of lumps.
Step 4
Combine ground meat, potatoes, garlic, onions, bread. Add the egg. Season the mixture with salt. Add pepper. You can also use any seasoning mixture for meat and chicken if you wish.
Step 5
Stir the minced meat for the cutlets well. It is better to form semi-finished products with wet hands, moistening them in cold water. Roll each cutlet in breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Fry the cutlets in a skillet with sunflower oil until tender. When doing this, cover the dishes with a lid. The fire should be medium. Serve ready cutlets with any side dish: boiled potatoes, buckwheat porridge. But it will be better and healthier to supplement the cutlets with fresh salad.
